Terms of Service
1. Payment details.
SpeedeSocial, Inc DBA: “Share the Local” will automatically process payments of $15 for each lead sent to the business partner through the SharetheLocal.com platform. Recurring billing will be charged on the 1st and 15th of each month for each lead sent during the previous time period. The card used to pay for the initial leads, will be the card charged going forward unless updated by the business partner.
2. Refunds/Credit policy.
All fees are non-refundable. Business partner may "request credit" on leads. Only credit requests matching the "valid reasons" below are eligible for credit. All valid requests are issued as a "lead credit." Lead credits will add the original cost of the lead back into the business partner’s account to be used for future leads. Credit requests should be submitted to getsocial@speedesocial.com
The following are valid reasons for full lead credit.
A customer’s contact phone number is wrong.
No contact after minimum 4 attempts (2 emails, 2 calls).
The following are NOT valid reasons for appointment credit.
The business partner moves their facility to an area that is no longer convenient for the customer.
The customer has an indefinite timeline for when they can come in for their first appointment.
The business partner did not sign-up the customer.
Credit requested more then 30 days from when initial lead was sent.
If the business partner cannot get in contact with the customer after 4 attempts, then they can notify SpeedeSocial and our team will try to reach out to the customer and make contact and set the appointment time. If SpeedeSocial is also unsuccessful, then a credit will be issued.
3. Pause or cancellation.
The business partner can pause or cancel at anytime. If the business partner needs to pause or cancel the account for any reason, please email getsocial@speedesocial.com. No cancellation or pause fees apply. All leads sent prior to the request to pause/cancel are valid and will be charged.
